Hearing Instrument Specialist Margaret Hoffman and Clinical associate Barb Dublin provide a friendly approach to client care. Margaret has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of St. Francis in Joliet. She obtained her Hearing Aid Dispenser's license while working in an Ear, Nose, and Throat medical practice, where she worked for nineteen years. She also spent one year in the Technical Support division of a major hearing aid manufacturer before joining Advanced Hearing Systems in 2001. Like Margaret, Barb is also a Joliet native and has fifteen years in the hearing aid field. Barb handles office support and, being a hearing aid user, she is able to help clients in evaluating their hearing aid needs.

Stephen D. Gannaway, M.A.

Stephen received a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Pathology in 1969 at Eastern Illinois University and worked in the Decatur Public Schools as a Speech Pathologist for one year. He received a Master's Degree in Audiology at the University of Illinois in 1971. Stephen worked as a School Audiologist in Decatur and Joliet from 1971 to 1973. He joined ENT Surgical Associates in 1973 as a clinical audiologist in their thriving Ear, Nose, and Throat medical practice. In 1981 he began work as an industrial audiologist and in 1989 he purchased Advanced Hearing Systems and he now specializes in hearing aid fitting.
