Barolo
Ristorante, located in downtown Joliet, offers a European atmosphere
and a unique spin on authentic Italian cuisine.
Chef/Owner Gaetano
(Guy) Turi has created a menu of not only authentic Italian dishes,
but New World cuisine - new dishes with unique flavors and ingredients
from all over the world.
"We make dishes
here as they are made in Italy. We use only the freshest ingredients and
strive for creativity in all our dishes. We serve fresh, homemade pastas,
and fresh seafood which is flown in
daily. Spices play a big role in our
kitchen and add to the rich flavors
of our recipes," said Chef Turi.
