ABOUT THE OWNERS

Dawn Kovacik (left) and Stacy Lambin are licensed audiologists and hold master's degrees in audiology. Dawn has been in the hearing health care field since 1981 and Stacy has been in the field since 2002. Both are dedicated to continuing education to keep abreast of the latest advances in both fields of diagnostics and hearing aid technology. Dawn and Stacy both have an interest in pediatric audiology and have worked with hearing impaired students of the Joliet Public School system as well as those in surrounding school districts.

Anyone exhibiting any of the following symptoms should seek an audiologist:

Difficulty hearing when in a group of people or in the presence of background noise

Difficulty hearing a phone ring

Avoiding social events because you are embarrassed about not understanding others

Asking others to repeat themselves because you can't understand what is being said

Turning your head or cupping your ear to focus on what is being said

Turning up the TV volume louder than is comfortable for those around you
