In 2007, owners Jim and Michelle Wartenberg expanded and updated their showroom in downtown Lockport to include designer style carpets including CustomWeave and Unique Carpet Ltd.'s wool collection.

To service the growing designer kitchen and bath trend, Marchio Tile & Carpet has extended their tile selection to include natural stone and stylish accents.

Marchio Tile & Carpet was originally founded by Tom and Molly Marchio in 1970. Their nephew Jim Wartenberg joined the family business in 1974 as an installer. Upon their retirement in 2002, Jim and his wife Michelle purchased the business and continue the tradition of providing exceptional service and quality flooring products. Now with over 40 years of experience in the field, Jim and Michelle have an in-depth knowledge of flooring products and installation expertise.
