Richard Nelson is the fourth owner of Dan's Homemade Candies. Richard purchased Dan's in 1991 and has made the business a family affair. His wife Carol and daughters Kim, Karen, Kelly, Kristine, Kathi and Konnie are all involved in the business. Richard and his family are lifetime Jolietans.
